One Stop Vaccum Shop (Kirby) Wrestle Shere received a call stating we had won a free carpet cleaning for one room from a raffle I had bought last fall. They didn't tell me it also would be a demonstration for a Kirby Vacumm Elmira New York

Received a phone call from One Stop Vaccum Shop stating my husband had won  a free room carpet cleaning for one room as he had bought a $20 raffle ticket last fall.  They never stated it would be a demonstration of a Kirby Home Care System.  The gentleman that did the demonstration & room was very friendly, appropriate, definetly knew the system very well.  We signed a contract which had a 3 day cancellation date.  I tried using the vaccum on the 4th day after we had signed contract, found it very difficult to move & lift as I have had 2 serious back surgeries.  If we were 20 years younger the system would have been excellent but now we are in 60's & 70's we can't use the system due to the weight & handling of system.  I called the company that Monday telling them we did not want the system as it is completly not suitable for us, was told I was beyond the 3 day cancellation day, therefore we are stuck with it.  I am so frustrated as cannot use this product, want to return the product & cancel contract.  We ended up going out to buy a new Shark which is so much more easier & manageable to use.  We always try to work & cooperate with others but when we are being totally ignored, it does ruffle my feathers.  Please someone help us as we are also on a fixed income and don't want to have to continue paying for something we cannot use( as of today our first payment is June 3rd)
