One Travel Holdings, ripoff, when you give them your information to make your purchase they charge you twice Atlanta Georgia

I made a purchase thru this company for a round trip ticket. I gave the lady all the required information and she then gave me the confirmation code. Not even 1 hour before the flight left I had received a message with another confirmation code. When I got my statement from the bank I had realized that they charged me twice for two different Airline tickets when I only authorized one. I called and spoke with ten different Customer Service Agents and the only information they can tell me, is to fax a copy of my statement to the Research Department. After doing that three times, I called back and they tell me that they cannot give out the phone number in the Research Department and they are "Sorry for any inconviences" I even sent an e-mail to the President of the company and still no reply from not one person from this company.
