I hired this contractor to install new services to code with permits for two properties.the contractor agreed to a price of 6000 to do both properties and provide permits.no permits were ever pulled the contractor lied about installing new equipment and I stalled used equipment and tried to convince me the equipment was new.this is not what I paid for.the contractor also did not complete the installation to code failed to install required flue liner and condensation hoses contractor did not fully charge systems at either property .contractor made numerous appointments to complete work and never showed to any appointment ..this contractor is a scam artist and I would not recommend them to do business with anyone I am forced to report this contractor to St. Louis city and st louis county mechanical licensing boards for doing work without proper permits also I am filing suit against this contractor for installing used equipment and claiming it as new I specifically instructed the contractor that the equipment had to be be new and proper permits needed to be pulled this contractor is a scam artist and anyone using them should be aware of their sorry business practices I spent 6000.00 with these contractors and I regret every penny spent
