One Web Direct scam, bogus billing, Dallas Texas

I, too, have been victimized in the same manner as the other complaintants by One Web Direct. This has literally turned into a nightmare! I received my last phone bill from my local carrier
and saw 2 charges made on my computer modem phone line, listed "billed on behalf of Telliss" totaling 94$. Called local
carrier to dispute these supposed calls to the U.K. ( yes,exact same number as listed in other complaints. Was told to dispute with USBI, who told me to dispute with Telliss. Next to impossible to reach ( this should be a dead give away) Finally spoke w/ rep at Telliss billing. I told him I was disputing the charges and inquired how these were made. He explained it was for a Co. called One Web Direct for some web site accessed on my computer and that now the balance was over $500.00 !!!! Oh my God, I am freaking out here. I was told he would look into this on me behalf and I have not been able to reach anyone from OWD to try to see what is wrong here. Obviously, I would never continue to accssess anything I had to pay for if I was already disputing it!!! Do I need to acquire legal help for this mess they have left me in ??? Can somebody let me know the legalities of all this? I would greatly appreciate.
