This company is a total ripoff!! They promise that you'll get movies, tv, sports for free. What a rip off! They high pressure you at the flea market and show you a demo that limits to certain channels. Tell you that there is no buffering and that they have tech support and guarantees. When I got the box home it didn't work at all like they said. I couldn't get any of the channels they told me, ESPN, OWN. , etc. etc. movies where either buffering or wouldn't come in at all. I have great internet speed ( over 100 mgbts) but that didn't seem to matter. They never answer any emails. I paid with cash (big mistake). Sports doesn't work right either. Guys name was Bill, older guy very rude! I went back to flea market and complained and they told me all sales are final and I'm out of luck!! Big Rip Off!!

I also have terrible issues with Onebox TV,
I heard about this product and was interested in becomig a rep. I never will rep any product without trying it.
I, like this customer have tried and tried to get the product to work. last I emailed the company with my issues they said, "no one else is having the issue so try the box on another tv or get a differenet USB cord. I did both. Same bad issues only a varient of on the other tv.
I have been instructed to go to the tutorial or pay to have someone come to my home. I have gone thru the tutorial. I have brought my box in several times thinking there is just something I am not getting.
It seems to work at the store but just not at my home although, it workded better originally than it does now.
I am beyond frustrated with this comany and sad I spent my money on this unit. I counted on it working so much I got rid of my blue rays /dvd's and paperback books. Donated them to the RV park I was located in at the time. Was getting internet via tmobile hotspot there. Got to my new rv site and got a permanent internet hook up thru the local Spectrum company. Solid, relieable and fast. Now, so many of the links will only play audio, I had that before but now I have an added trouble of the pic only showing an 1/8th size rectangle in the center of the screen where the only thing you can see is the center of the video. Any action outside the rectangle does not play. Since I am no longer worried about file size, I try to play the largest file I can find. Still, no differnece. By the way I have (3) high Def tv's 1080.
I play and play with the settings hoping for a better result then I lose audio all together and get a super pixilated pic. They warn you the hand held device must be kept charged but it does not hold a charge. After a while, no matter you leave it plugged in, it will not work and you will not be able to use the Onebox TV without it or rather try to use it,
I am beyond frustrated with this product.
To all you who are happy with the product, I say...I'm happy for you. F*** me but happy for you.

We purchased our One Box Tv with Bill and love it. It works great! We watch movies and TV all the time with no problems and no buffering. Whenever we have questions he answers them promptly. Im sorry this other gentlman is having problems but don't let that scare you away from purchasing because it is a great investment. We got rid of our cable TV all together and just use our One Box. We couldnt be happier!

I have nothing but good things to say about One Box TV. We purchased ours at Dome Flea Market from Mike and Kay, and they could not have been nicer or more accomodating. They do give a money back guarantee. Our box is working fine - the picture clariity is excellent; it is easy to use; we have yet to find a tv show or movie that we could not access. I am not familiar with the flea market where the person filing the complaint purchased their box, but if readers are hesitating to purchase One Box TV because of the complaint, don't! Go see Mike at Dome Flea Market in Venice, FL!

We sell 100s upon 100s of units and have not received any emails from the person writing this to our knowledge If we did we would have easily gave the information or update to box needed to make the performance as good as technology allows. If this person actually came in for support they would have gotten it and we are never "rude" to our customers. The company did not attend this market long and are not aware of dissatisfied customers whatsoever. I would suggest the person writing this complaint actually send us an email though our website and any problems obviously would be rectified. We pride ourselves with giving all the support needed. Emails never go unanswered. There is a reason we sell 50 or more units a week.
