OneClickDigital, CircuitDigital Bait with low prices on internet then ship products not packaged for US market - follow up with high pressure sales people pushing accessories at inflated prices - after I was totally frustrated with the poor service, rude salespeople, lies and scams they gave me a return authorization and requested I ship USPS with delivery confirmation - THEY DON'T REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE!!!! This company sets you up to be ripped off. They advertise very low prices on a pretty professional looking web site. After you place your order they immediately call you to jack up the order. They push extended life batteries (because the factory batteries only last 15 minutes) additional memory cards (they charge double the normal retail price) then they try to force you to buy an extended warranty... I let them load my $499.00 purchase up to $799.88. When I received the camera it was not packaged for the US market... nothing was written in English... there was no owners manual, no warranty card... the memory card was not the one I purchased... the salesperson promised to send two sets of batteries and I only received one (plus they pulled the factory batteries out of the camera) I WAS TOTALLY BUMMED OUT WITH MY NEW CHRISTMAS PRESENT. I immediately called to return the whole package. They apologized and gave me a return authorization number and instructed me to return the camera via USPS with a delivery confirmation. I did. I got my delivery confirmation from the post office. I called OneClick and they confirmed that they received the camera in good shape. They told me my credit would come on next billing cycle... I never got it... I called every week... no credit... the said it was in the process I should have it shortly... today... three months later they told me they did not receive the camera and I will not get a credit. They said the camera is probably sitting in a post office warehouse some place. These guys have lied to me in every conversation I have had with them. THEY SET me UP TO TAKE ADVANTAGE - THESE GUYS ARE CLASSIC SCAM ARTISTS... I HAVE NOW READ REPORTS ON SEVERAL WEB SITES FINDING THEY HAVE RIPPED OFF HUNDREDS OF PEOPLE.
I have filed a report with the New York Better Business Bureau.

I have filled out a Postal Inspection Form claiming mail fraud.

I have forms to file suit in small claims court, however, I don't have names of principles for this company. ANY IDEAS???
