On 4/29/06 I ordered a digital camera from Oneclickdigital.com

On 5/1/06 I rec'd a call a work from someone named "Sam" on the pretense of confirming my identity and credit card information.

Then he quickly changed tactics and the ulterior motive for the call became quite apparent when he tried to fast talk me into purchasing items I did not want or need.
He wanted to know which warranty I wanted the 3 or the 5 year. I told him I didn't want the extra warranty. He next said I would need a battery since the camera only came with a "15 minute" battery. Told me he would sell me the 5hr battery for the 3hr battery price of only $149.00. I thought this is not making any sense.
I told him that I didn't purchase items on impulse and I needed to check on line regarding the price of the battery. He was very irritated with me and said "I'm giving you a d**n good price on this camera. Do you think I would rip you off for a stupid battery?"

It finally came down to the fact that I just wanted the camera and he was more than mad that I didn't want to purchase anything extra. He said "Your camera just went out of stock and your order is cancelled". Then he abruptly hung up.

I called back to speak to the head of this company and guess who answered. He said he was the person in charge and hung up on me again.

Beware of their reviews as the more I have researched this site the more discrepancies I find. On the site LowPriceDigital.com they are the featured merchant with 114 reviews. Only one is negitive. Who's to know if they're made up or legit.

Another site called Resellerratings.com states that from Nov/05 to May/06 that they have been reviewed only 18 times with an overall rating of .56 out of 10.

POSTED: Tuesday, May 25, 2010

Starting in May 2010 the domain OneClickDigital was purchased by another company which has no relation/affiliation to the previous company in any way. This domain will be re-purposed and will no longer sell equipment. It was purchased by a honest long standing company in its field and a new website should be released late in 2010.
