Onine Trade Training ott.lawsuit@gmail.com, contacted via Craig's List, sent me a link to some article singing their praises but you did not know what exactly you were buying until you gave them your Internet, Portsmouth, New Hampshire

Anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against Onine Trade Training pleasee contact me at ott.lawsuit@gmail.com with some details and keep records of any correspondence.  I was duped by answering an ad on Craig's list.  I read the article she sent me and thought I would check it out.  I did not really know what I was buying b/c they limit as much info as possible until after you give them your credit cardd number. Immediately asked for a refund, was given the same run around as other posts. 

Have kept an email trail in which they told me I was issued a full refund, never happened, then I filed with the Better Business Bureau.  I found out my case was closed after OTT told them they had issued me a full refund.  They now have lied to me and the federal government.  I filed a dispute with my bank and now they are on it but at this point a full refund will not be satisfactory. 

This company needs to be punished and run out of business.  I called yesterday and was told my call might be recorded so I told the dude I too was recording the call and he refused to speak with me.  If you can record them on your phone do so without informing them, it is not illegal b/c their own company states they may record the call so dude knows he is being recorded which meets any legal requirements. 

So he tells me that I had to keep it for thirty days to get a refund.  This is a new story, last I heard I had to give a reason, and a bunch of other BS.  This has been going on since June 2011.  I really need that money but that is no longer my only motivation.  They have screwed so many of us.  I want to file a lawsuit so we are not only refunded but conpensated for pain and suffering (numerous phone calls, emails, paperwork, my time and lots of stress) and I need some victims in order to file the class action lawsuit.
