I was first contacted by Amy Harvard to advise me that I had been approved for a $10K loan with 10% down up front to secure. When I called back, Brian Coxell answered the line stating he was the manager and would be handleing the loan from then on.

On January 4, Brian assured me that all paper work had been completed and they were just waiting for the wire transfer to come through.

Once they received the transfer, I contacted them on 1/7 inquiring when the funds would arrive in my account. I was then told that they found another loan in my name and that I need to send them an additional $750 to insure this loan.

When advised that was not the information given to me the Friday before, the "accounting manager" stated that this information was not available to Brian,as he was just a loan representitive, the day before and had just come to them.

When asked why they couldn't deduct the funds from the loan amount, Donna stated that was not how they did business. I then stated that I wanted to cancel the application and receive my money back because this sounded fishey. Then Donna started acting as if I was the one running the scam.

She then stated it would take 10 to 15 days for me to receive my funds, but they would put a rush on it and that it would take 7 to 10 days. Delivery would be via regular mail w/o tracking ability.

I asked why they could not return the funds via Western Union? She said again "that is not how the do business". At no point was she pleasant to talk to.

Two weeks later there still was no check. I called back and was told that I needed to call the post office for delivery time from Canada.

When I called back on 1/31, to speak Brian, he stated that thier computers had been down and the check did not ship until 1/30

Two weeks later it tried calling again. Since then the number just rings busy all through the day.
