Online Auctions Academy ripoff - Lynn Smith, Linda Meyer, Craig Meyer, Ben Mah - dishonest, scams, very unprofessional Reno Nevada

Requested a refund in the 3rd week of the Protg program. I followed the program up until I couldn't take anymore of OAA's poor company policies and performance of my coach. The emails I received back from Lynn and Craig were pathetic rhetoric spewing my downfalls of completing the program requirements. I reiterated that in order to complete the tasks as outlined in the guarantee, I would need their courses and software to work. I spent far too much time fiddling with the software before it completely failed. Many of the links to their drop shippers were broken and many more don't work with Canadian addresses. I was promised a new list of Canadian drop shippers from my coach, which never arrived. Their customer service doesn't exist and to top it off the start of the program was 10 days late.

I have exchanged at least 5 emails with both Lynn and Craig as of today and have expressed to both of them my displeasure of OAA.

Anyone knowing what approach to take in order to get my refund please advise.
