Online Biz Marketing I don't know who they are and why they took money out of my account Scottsdale Arizona

I first noted a charge of $1.95 on my bank account on 08/20/08 and thought I had paid a shipping & handling fee for something I had seen on the internet I have not received anything in the mail as of yet to justify them going back into my account on 09/02/08 and taking $39.85 . I know it does not sound like a lot of money but I am on workman's comp. and every little bit helps . Please tell other people about so called free offers that say you just have to pay a small fee for S&H because then they have your account # and more importantly your authorization. I went to my bank and they don't have even a phone # I can call ,so I cancelled my card and they reissued me a new one. So when this company trys again they won't be getting anymore of my money. Thank you so much for allowing me to vent my frustrations.
