ONLINE CAMERA GALLERY, INC. Lied about specifications of the product. Total Rip off San Francisco, California

I come from a European Country and am a serious amateur in Photography. My parents were traveling to the US this January so I asked them to purchase a new camera and lens for me. I gave them the exact specifications of what I wanted. The reason I asked them to buy it for me from the US is that by buying it online I get charged importation tax and this would have solved this issue for me.

My parents visited several stores including ON LINE CAMERA GALLERY INC. showed the shop owner my specific request i.e Canon EOS 7D camera with a 70 - 200 mm F/2.8 IS USM Lens. He showed them the lenses and to be sure my parents phoned me and I spoke to the person in the store on the phone. This person assured me that he was showing my parents the items i requested specifically - also because my parents knowledge in camera equipment is limited. But I trusted that what he was assuring me and them was in fact the truth. He asked for a total of 2000 dollars. I was satisfied with the price so told my parents to go ahead.

Today they arrived back home and I find that the Camera is indeed a 7D but the lens is a 70 - 200mm F4 instead of 2.8 and has no Image stabilization!! Making it a very old model and a total rip off for the price of 800 dollars!! I can still use the lens but i am disappointed at the service and hope other customers will not be lied to and ripped off in this way.
