Online Class Help Online Class Help Harassment and unwilling to give a refund for services not rendered

I have used online class help time and time again,

Unfortunately, my due date of an assignment changed from one day to 24 hours earlier due to my professor wanting to end his class earlier. I respectfully ask for a refund due to the fact that I could not wait for online class help to seek the tutor out , which usually takes hours, and decided to do the assignment myself. 

They said they would charge a 20% cancellation fee. Something not stated on their website and they have so much business that once they take your money they literally don't contact you until right before the assignment is due to update you on anything. I said I would not be charged this fee because they did nothing for me and nowhere states that they have the right to claim this fee. 

Not only was I harassed back and forth via email but I am completely unsure if I am receiving this refund and am currently disputing with my bank for services unrendered. Whoever was in charge of customer service via email on 12/15/17 - was extremely rude and unprofessional. Most likely a child because they kept sending emails back - an email chain of about 40 emails back and forth. So with all of that as well as being well versed with the law, not only was this horrific customer service it was harassment and services unrendered.
