I ordered and received an electric guitar kit from this company and, while trying to assemble it, found the neck had a hairline crack. They promised to replace it if I sent the neck back at my expense, which I did. I have now been waiting amost 2 months with numerous promises that the replacement has already shipped. They have promised to call back with tracking numbers and don't. They have given me delivery dates and nothing is delivered.

Even though I talk to the same person each time, I'm told each time that the person hasn't talked to me before and isn't familiar with my problem. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they now hang up on me when I call.

I recommend avoiding this company since the few dollars I saved ordering from them has more than been spent sending the defective part back and calling to try and get the replacement.

Finally resolved

Thanks to this site and the BBB, once I was finally able to get the attention of someone else at this company, the issue was resolved quickly and satisfactorily. The replacement neck was shipped exactly as promised and the person who called me with the tracking number actually followed up after it was delivered to make sure I got it and it was OK. I was told the internal problem was permanently corrected.
