Online Health Resourses, LLC I followed their link from an add I saw on Facebook that showed a recommendation from Dr. Oz. I wonder how Dr. Oz would like to know that this company is profiting from this deception. Phoenix Arizona

I had seen a Facebood post a couple of times talking about how Dr. Oz and high profile cellebrities recommend using this product for weight loss.  I ignored it the first time I saw it then thought, why not? I followed the link attached to the post and read about the product and how it was supposed to work.  They had a so called "real person" document herself using the products and how it worked for her. It sounded like something I could try and so I ordered the "free trial" for $4.95 for "Spledera-Garcinia Cambogia" and $4.95 for "Natural Cleanse".  Honestly, there might have been a disclosure on the actual cost of the products after the trial period, but I really do not recall seeing it as I went through the ordering process.

The products came in the mail in a timely manner and I began using it.  I got my credit card statement and saw the charges for $87.97 and $74.99.  I definately was not expecting that and did not authorize that amount to be charged to me.  I used the phone number listed next to the charge.  I spoke to a representative and ultimately wanted to cancell my "membership" that I didn't realize I had agreed to be part of.  He talked me in to keeping my membership if he was to reduce the price of the products by 50%.  I thought that sounded good because, if the product worked like it was advertised to, it would be worth it. I received an email from addressrequest@onlineproductoffers.com requesting an address confirmation.  This was strange because they had already sent me the products and now they say the address information is incorrect and the products will not be sent but billing will continue.

I received my current credit card stetement and there are charges once again for these products only they are not the 50% off.  The charges are $89.97, $2.99, $79.99 and $2.97.  I tried to contact them again using the phone numbers listed next to the charges and they were ALL invalid.

I really wish there was something that could be done to people who scam money from others.  It is so frusterating that there doesn't seem to be laws against this kind of activity.  If someone comes up with a way the make them pay back the money they stole from me and others like me, please let me know.
