This companies(which I thought first that it was only one company, then I found out it was actually three companies) offered this free trial which cost $1-95 activation fee, which was more in Australian dollars. Instead of one activation fee, there were three. I originally thought that the program was to teach you how to sell on Ebay, but it actually had nothing to do with ebay.
They said that they would take money off regularly after 14 days unless I cancelled. But they would sen an email when they were going to take it off my account.
However I wanted to cancel, but because I didn't receive an email about them taking money off I didn't cancel soon enough, and then I found that three amounts(from the three companies) were taken off my account.
I send all three of them an email to cancel and requested that they refund my money, which they didn't. The email I send to Online Supplier was rejected but in each email I said that I wanted to cancel all three. The amounts that were taken off were:
Aug. 1 $59.80 AUD
Aug. 2 $35.65 AUD
Aug. 7 $59.51 AUD
Two of the companies send an email that they had cancelled, so I didn't think that any more money would be taken of my account, but then Online Supplier took of more money of my account last week, over $60.
I send them another email, which this time went through but they didn't send a reply. I tried to ring them but was told by an answering machine to ring back another time.
We are struggling financially and because of this I haven't been able to pay my bills. I have been stressed out because of this and I want it to stop and have my money refunded. i have been stupid to trust this company
