on the 4th of April 2007 I orderd an e book on line that was to be charged to my master card one time only

But to my suprise I was charged again on the 4th of May and again on the 4th of June

I have tried to contact by phone 1 800 930 9932 but getting nowhere I get left on hold for 1/2 to 1hour and have still not spoken to any one but I will keep trying and not give up
