DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS THIEF. I can say thief because it is unprofessional and fraud company. They want only your money. They don't send you tickets on time and right category. For them the most important is your money not you.  I write me situation with them to be sure that no one else will be cheated for this company!!!!

Me and my friends would had great time in London during match Arsenal v AC Milan. I was bought 4 tickets in cat 2 in Online Ticket Express website. it was really quick answer with booking number, I paid by credit card, I bought this tickets one month before the match. I thought that everything  will be really easy and professional, unfortunately it wasn't. IT WAS BIG HORROR. I received email with info that tickets will be delivery directly to our hotel in London.

When I called to Online Ticket Express, I have to mention that they have few contact number in all Europe and every time answer someone else. Always I had to explain once again my question.. It was really annoying. I don't know how this company working with so many consultants. IT IS REALLY UNPROFFESIONAL. 2 days before match I called to Online Ticket Express and ask once again if everything is ok.

They said that yes and the tickets are waiting for my in hotel. When we arrived nothing was waiting for us. I called once again and they said that the tickets will be in hotel on match day. On Match day I  had to called once again, of course it was really hard to connect with anybody. Someone told me that I should met with courier in one restaurant in front of the Station.

It was really scared and unprofessional. But I didn't have other choices. We met with the Courier 1 hour before the match. When everyone thought that it will be end, we were tried entry to Station and the security stop us, because this tickets weren't real. They were falsifying. We tried everything, but we didn't see this match.  WE WERE SO DISAPPOINTMENT ABOUT IT!!!

We were really furious. Because we paid 1200 for these tickets. When I come back home, I was tried explain all situation with Online Tickets Express, with no effect. I wanted money back, because they sell me false tickets. They said that everything was ok, and they don't understand why I complain. It was few months ago with no effect.

Please do not buy anything from them. They will only cheat you and your friend!!! It is the biggest thief in online system booking.
