Online Ticket Orders.com OnlineTicketOrders.com Incorrect Tickets Sent + Fake Customer Service Survey Henderson, Nevada

**I have yet to attend the concert, so the authenticity of the ticket is still in question.**

Sent Different Ticket Than Purchased
OnlineTicketOrders.com sent me a different ticket than the one agreed upon at the time of purchase. The ticket that was sent to me was actually slightly better than the one I purchased, BUT the problem I have with the situation is that I might have a copy of someone else's ticket, meaning that one of us will not be admitted the night of the concert.

Fake Customer Service Survey Site
Four days after placing my order, OnlineTicketOrders sent me the following email:

Thank you for placing your order with OnlineTicketOrders.com! We want to make sure that the seller who fulfills your order delivers your tickets promptly and to your satisfaction. We would appreciate it if you would take just two minutes to answer 2-3 questions and give us feedback on your experience.

Please select one of the options below to get started:

a. I received the tickets I ordered from my seller.
b. I received different tickets than I ordered.
c. I have not received my tickets yet.

When I clicked "b. I received different tickets than I ordered." the link took me to a site that did not exist. The same thing happened when I clicked on "a." and "c." I also tried going to the links on several other devices; the links are simply fake.

Other Concerns
While others have complained about OnlineTicketOrders' outrageous pricing (which also irks me but is expected and is the norm with pretty much all ticket sellers) I am concerned with the authenticity of their tickets and with the legality of their practices. 

Other than being grossly overpriced and receiving different tickets, has anyone received FALSE TICKETS that are not excepted by the venue, or been sold a DUPLICATE TICKET--a ticket which someone else also holds and thus making the other invalid?

Finally, does anyone know if this company can be sued? I can understand mistakes being made and later rectified upon calling customer service, but to not be refunded or problem solved by the company does not seem legal.
