We booked a cruise trip with air and hotel package with Online Vacation Center on 12/09/2015. The trip depart from Vancouver, Canada to Tokyo, Japan stop over in Russia.
We paid $5995.16 for the trip. But we can change and cancel this trip before the final payment is due.
The final payment due date for the Celebrity Cruises was 5/13/2016. On 5/13/2016 the cruise line notify Online Vacation Center that the ship is not stopping in Russia but will stop in Dutch Harbor, Alaska . But the Travel Angecy did not notify us. If we were notify on 5-13-16. we could change or cancel with no penalty.
Mean while on 6-6-2016 Online Vacation center inform us to get Russia Visa.
On 6-13-2016 when I check my reservation with the Celebrity Cruises I noticed the change. I phone Online vacation Center, asked if we can change it to other cruises. They told us it will cost us $3116 to cancel or change.
Now we are stuck with the trip that was not what we sign up for or pay for .
Do not do bussiness with Online Vacation Center.
