Started all the promotional offers on August 8th for the incentive "Plasma TV" gift offered by "onlinerewardcenter.com"

Completed all of 9 of the sponsor requirements by September--and still, the last few on my last page were not showing as reported. The last three were credit card offers from Citibank. None of them had any more requirements other than to fill out the card. I did so, and received the cards. However, to this day, almost 4 months later, after sending my confirmation papers--twice, and over 14 email responses, they still have not redeemed my promotional gift. Everytime, they string me along, tell me I need to fulfill the offers still, or I need to send in the confirmation emails again. The ripoff, of course, is now confirmed as Citibank has backed me up on the issue. Citibank has confirmed the completion of my promotional involvement and still no word from Onlinereward center.

The last response I got from them, was Nov 10 (after I inquired of course) stating I "needed to check the promotional requirements" --total canned response. My response was to challenge them to prove I have not fulfilled my promotional offers---and I have received no response since.

As I've said before, I have been in touch with Citibank Promotions and they will provide whatever paperwork I need. Onlinerewardcenter.com is clearly trying to duck out of their side of the agreement.

After facing the endless canned responses via email over my last three "unreported" promotions--completed literally 5 months prior (all three were credit card offers). I finally was able to get a hold of someone via this phone #:(561) 674-9700.

I spoke with "Summer"---who went through my progress and asked that I fax in the actual letters that each credit card comes in, for each of the three credit cards remaining unreported. She then asked that I call back after I fax them (by the way, both calls only had me on hold for about 5 minutes). On the call back, she confirmed receipt and said she'd send my gift promotions through to her supervisor to release the voucher (I'm thinking this is going to be another ordeal). However I received the email with the voucher link within a day, I printed/filled out the voucher and sent it off with certified/return receipt so I'd know when they got it. They received it Dec. 23 and I got an email notifying me that it could take up to 4 weeks for them to ship out my gift. I just received the email ship notifcation today (Jan 13) from UPS --it should be arriving next week.
Fingers crossed, it looks like I'll be receiving my gift.

However, it's clear the only way I would have ever resolved this issue is by calling them until I could get a person. I'll post another update to confirm my receipt of the gift.
