I can't being to explain how unbelievable this whole situation with Onlingo has become. I admit I wanted to try the initial shipment but cancelled...three times...before the initial trial period was over. I emailed and called repeatedly but as of today I still can't get through on the phone and their email responses never commit to anything. One of their customer service people is supposed to contact me but nothing has been done and I even have an answering machine!

I followed all of their instructions for learning about their program but can't believe I can't get through directly to a person on the phone. As far as I can tell this is a bogus company that will not stand behind their product and know nothing concrete about quality customer service and contact with the consumer.

I would not recommend using this company for anything in the future and it also has made me skeptical about using any other companies in this same arena. I continue to fight for the reversal of the charges on my account
