I thought it would be a nice thing for me and my kids to learn...a language so many people use,even in the U.S. When I recieved my first c.d. I also recieved my first bill. They want 69.95 for each set of lessons, which I can get at a local library for free! As a mother of 3 and a disabled person, that was not in my budget.
I then called to cancel on the 10th,asking how to return the first one. I was informed that I was already charged for my first issue. Thinking it was the shipping charge, I agreed to keep it, with the understanding that I was no longer interested. I went online to do some banking, only to find a 69.95 charge from onlingo.
I called to find out what error had been made, only to be told there was no way I was offered a deal like this. I quote "I am unaware of any special offers from our company." After hearing that I said I was no longer interested in the first c.d. I recieved either.That was the 16th. Today is the 19th and it was only today I finally recieved info on how to return the c.d...and there was no mention fo the 10.00$$$ they were keeping, when I called.

I suppose that no matter what you do they are going to squeeze some sort of money out of you.The worst part is that some people just let it slide, and the company gets away with it over and over. What I want to know is when are they, being whomever, going to let this company have it in every language they offer to sell you!!!!!
