This outfit is a total rip Off. Purchased several items from globalcomputer.com with two rebates. Paid 10% for expedited service. What a bunch of bull. I've gone round and round with them. Couldn't help but notice all of the complaints about this company in honnoring rebates from Tiger Direct. Guess what? onrebate.com is registrered to Tiger and so is Globalcomputer.com. Do you see a pattern here? I will not buy another product from Tiger or Global Computer or anyone that processes there rebates through onrebate.com.
Trying to blame on without the other is like asking which came first the chicken or egg. I spoke to Global and thy acknowledged that they were owned by Tiger Direct. However, Tony Allen said hey are trying to avoid developing a bad reputation like Tiger. He acknowledged that it was an uphill battle. He did drop a note to Nadina Urdeneta at rebate.com but it seem she does what she wants. So far I'm still waiting but the amount of time I've spent makes it a loosing proposition.
