OnRebate Two bounced rebate checks ripoff Boca Raton Florida

2 Bounced rebate checks from OnRebate.com dated Jan 2006. Tracking numbers are: QY35N and 8NMJA. I have spoken to a Mike, in accounting, Lucretia a Fannie and a Jesus and a couple others early in the process. Everyone said " I will take care of this". Check # 10239867 > $30.00 > CA-2383 > BNMJA3REFCXEG8SG > Check# 10239857 > $40.00 > CA-2398 > QY35NHFBSRGEVNWK > Date to cash by: 03/18/2007 issued 90 days before this date.

OnRebate sent two $6.00 checks to cover the bounced check charge by my bank, but to date have not paid for the two checks that bounced. Lots of email and phone calls. Faxed copies of bounced checks three times to OnRebate and still no payment. By sending me the two $6.00 checks they admit the checks bounced, but why can I not get the replacement checks from them for $30.00 and $40.00 ? I have wasted hours on this problem.
