OnRebate, TigerDirect ripoff, TAR-PIT, smokescreen Boca Raton Florida

I bought stuff and started to apply for the rebates. The website is cludgy and OnRebate never got back in touch with me. Emails go unanswered and the web program never sent me my confirmation codes required to continue the rebate process.

Here is the letter I sent to the maggots running the rebate programs at Onrebate and TigerDirect:

Your company sucks?
You make it hard to apply for rebates and you tar-pit consumers hoping they will go away.
To add insult, you ask for a 10% bounty to speed up the rebate process. I don't know what is more offensive, asking me or the thought that others might take you up on this rip-off offer.

You cannot expect me to go through the hassle of filling out your web forms again (poorly designed?they suck)
And digging out the details of the multiple rebates I have applied for because your system doesn't work well.

You figure out what I applied for, send me my tracking numbers and get me my money. In the future, if I have to deal with you for rebates, I won't use the vendor.

It is clear you are connected to TIGER DIRECT. Your short vision will cost you loyal, long-time customers. As a consultant with various companies, I spent a staggering amount of money with TD?those days are over. Look at the following sites and look at your ratings!
