OnRebate.com ripoff - rebate never send out!! Boca Raton Florida

On July 31th 2006, I purchased a HANNS-G 19 LCD (HC-194D) for $229.95 at pcconnection.com. It includes a $100 rebate for purchases between 07/01/2006 to 08/31/2006 and asked to claim the rebate through OnRebate.com.
I received the LCD as expected and I proceeded to fill out the rebate form at 08/04/2006 on OnRebate.com. I include all materials required by the form and I send it out at 08/04/2006 before the deadline (08/30/2006).
Everything seemed to be going fine when I got an email from onrebate.com at 08/17/2006 saying:

Rebate Offer: WG-2372
Rebate Description: $100.00 MIR on select HANNS-G 19in LCD Monitor
Rebate Award: $100
Final Reward: Final Reward $:100
Tracking Number: G5YU93LKKZZHVY7N
You will receive your check in 8-10 weeks.

I didn't receive the rebate after 2 months waiting. So, I send emails to them around mid-Oct. They replayed at 10/18 saying:

Please allow 7-10 business days to receive payment.
Should you have further questions or concerns please reply to this email.

It is now November 26th and I haven't received the rebate, yet. I am extremely upset mostly because I would have never purchased the LCD without the advertised 100 dollar rebate. All my emails to OnRebate.com since then have gone unanswered, which is what prompted me to file this report.

To claim a rebate should not be this painful! I really want to get my 100 dollars and any insight or suggestions as to how I can make it would be very much appreciated.
