I am fed up with OnRebate.Com - which is a very close partner with Tiger Direct/ Global Computer. (I'm not so sure they're not owned/operated by the same management group)

I have attached a link, showing that my rebate was received and approved on 10/19/05. What this link doesn't show, is that I paid the $1.00 fee to expedite this to PayPal - which Onrebate.com claims you will receive your rebate within 10 days, if you pay the "expedite fee." And here we are, almost 5 weeks after it was approved (I'm typing this on 11/20/05), and I still don't have my rebate. This is unacceptable, and is a direct reflection of how Onrebate.com/Tiger Direct/Global Computer has a total lack of concern for their customers when it comes to rebates.

I'm also guessing that if I ever do receive my rebate, they'll still withhold the $1.00 expedite fee. Unscrupulous, uncommitted, and uncaring is what you can expect from onrebate.com

Until Tiger Direct can find another rebate redemption center, I will be purchasing my supplies elsewhere. (Type "OnRebate.Com complaints" in Yahoo or Google, and you will discover this is a widespread problem)

Well, I finally received my rebate on 12/2 (almost 2 months after paying the "expedite fee") - and guess what? They forgot to credit me the $1.00 "expedited processing fee"... I'm stunned... I'm shocked... What a surprise... NOT!!!! However, because I'm a person of principle, I'm not going to let the $1.00 slide. Nadina said she would credit the $1.00 by next week (12/12/05) so we'll just see how that goes. I'll keep you posted!

Dear Jake-

We apologize for the delay on your paypal payment, please note that we approved your rebate and usually process the claim within the two weeks as promised but sometimes the vendors (manufacturers) take a little bit longer to release batches and we cannot pay the customers until we get paid from them.

Also be aware that we will gladly credit the $1.00 fee back to your paypal once your rebate is processed.

If you send an email to nadina.urdaneta@onrebate.com we will see what we can do to get your payment expedited.
