The process to obtain rebates is tedious and must be performed through Onrebates website which runs slow, doesn't provide immediate feedback (You have to wait 24 hours for emails between steps, so this process take several days, and usually more)and you will have to call customer service if the emails don't come. In my case, they never came. I applied for 8 rebates and not one worked properly. It is all part of the plan, PLUS
OnRebate and TigerDirect are the same company...FACT!
Just google "tigerdirect onrebate same company?" and you will find others that document this very well.

COMPLAIN to the attorney general of Florida!
a complaint can be filed with the attorney general by visiting the "myfloridalegal" dot com site and looking up the "consumer complaint" PDF.
I am looking to get involved in a class-action or any other action against these comapnies. After a 12 year consumer relationship with this company, I want to see them driven out of business, behind bars and broke.

I have contacted with the Federal Trade Commission, the Florida Attorney General, the local better business bureau and the Palm Beach County Consumer affairs office.
Every agency has said NOBODY has complained about OnRebate before me.
How is this possible?
I encourage everyone with a problem to fill out this on-line form. We cannot post links so here is enough of the web address to find the forms. Follow the instructions and be prepared to wait a month before they contact you. I filled it out 3 or 4 times over the course of a month before they contacted me.
