Purchased an X2Gen monitor in early March. Sent in $99 rebate. Called OnSale.com numerous times, faxed copy of rebate, waited for call back (never happened), emailed many times.

I was told it was a manufacture's rebate and ONSALE HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT! Ithen called X2Gen and have not recieved a response. Even if X2Gen is the one ripping me off OnSale needs to be proactive. They seem to be pimping out the lousy products without any recourse.

I have multiple emails. It seems sad a deal is no longer a deal. I will not buy from OnSale or ever purchase an X2gen product!
