The company listed was hired to construct a "stamped concrete patio" and "walkways". On the day of the concrete pour for the patio and walkways, it was scheduled to rain and I told the foreman that it was going to rain, yet this information was ignored. They started to pour the large amount of concrete, and it started to rain.

The workers scrambled to get pieces of tarp and plastic remnants to try and cover the concrete. Not only were they unprepared for the rain, they did not have enough materials to cover the concrete. When it stopped raining, they uncovered the patio to discover that the concrete was not in the condition to accept the stamp forms correctly.

This caused inconsistent patterns and some of the concrete to peel up and stick to the forms. The outcome was not even close to the desired result or to that which was promised and guarenteed! Guaranteed!! A word that we heard often, yet to this day has still not be honored!! I have on my phone, voicemails from the Sales Rep stating "your patio and concrete work is under warranty and guaranteed to be fixed to your satisfaction", yet we have not been able to have this company make it right!

We have had multiple visits from the sales rep M.A. Warwick, and he has promised to get resolution, yet nothing gets done. We have had the President Raul Quezada come out and promise to fix the deck to our satisfaction, yet nothing gets done. We had the president out right before fall break come to our house and promise to fix the cracks and underachieved work and to "reseal" the deck while we were on vacation for a week, yet nothing got done!!!!!

We are stuck with a $13k deck that looks very bad and will need a lot of work done to get it to look half way decent. PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THIS WARNING, UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF LIKE WE DID!!!!!!
