Hello,
I noticed that you are mad at Ryan Sechser. His new alias is Michael Robins. His new company is Canadian Auto Movers and Canada Car Movers. He laughs about scamming the poor guy that left this angry report. He is a terrible person and has been ordered to Cease and Desist Here in the U.S. but continues to work because he said some "federal judge" said it is "okay" I believe he is a liar. He admitted to stealing someone's money and needs to be chased out of the business.

IF YOU WANT SOMETHING DONE RIGHT DO IT YOURSELF! ONSITE SHIPPING IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

Hi Tony Lane!
Thank you for your response. It is good to know that Oniste Shipping has actually shipped a car before because I have gotten MULTIPLE emails from people in the same position as myself who have been duped by these devious characters into sending them money to ship a car only to be told to "READ THE CONTRACT" when months upon months go by and there is no refund to be had.
I believe you only got a small slice of the story so let me explain things a little further. First off, I know all about delays. I work in an industry that is riddled with delays on a daily basis. Delays do not bother me the least. Being lied to repeatedly bothers me.
You make the assumption that I did not try and have this resolved diplomatically. If you had any idea of the number of times that RYAN SECHSER FROM ONSITE SHIPPING used the words "I promise" and "I guarantee" you that you will be on the schedule for tomorrow or the next day or the day after that you would not have written that. If you had any clue as to how many times I was left hanging by Onsite Shipping where I blocked off days to deliver my vehicle to the shipping yard because they told me I was on the schedule you would not have written that. How many times they said we'll call you tonight or tomorrow with the details and the call never came. It actually got to the point where I found it entertaining. I would put everyone in the room on speaker phone and listen to RYAN's raspy smoke laden voice tell me he'd call me back in 30 minutes once he'd had the driver sign off. Guess how many times ONSITE SHIPPING got back to me voluntarily without me contacting them first since I sent them my money? NOT ONCE!!
Initially, Ryan called me EVERY DAY for two weeks trying to get me to sign a contract with them. EVERY DAY! When I would call him and ask him to explain the delays that were going on 2-months he would say he's too busy. Too busy to deal with his customers, but not too busy to recruit new suckers. Ryan never hesitated to tell me how many cars he ships everyday... Just not mine. Or the other people who's orders have been cancelled because they were upset that Ryan is not doing his job.
I'm an idiot and sent him $1400. After I sent the money I called and emailed them for a week before they finally answered and said they had received it. That's where the fun began. No calls, no emails no nothing unless I called them and asked politely what the scoop was. The typical response "I just got off the phone with your driver - you're good to go for tomorrow. We'll send you the details later." I got this at least 15 times. Details would never come.
Another assumption you are making is that I believe tarnishing a company's reputation will result in my car getting shipped. Trust me I know my car is not (nor was ever) being shipped. I played along for nearly two months without complaint most of the time knowing full well that these guys are scammers but thinking there's a small chance they might actually ship my car.
Until I took it upon myself to do Ryan's job for him and contact CN Rail directly (which Ryan said you couldn't do) and got them to ship a different vehicle of mine within 3 days of talking to them!! They were a pleasure to deal with and didn't mess around. It was cheaper too.
I wouldn't trust ONSITE SHIPPING to ship my car anyways. When Ryan saw that I had posted negative comments on his company he tried turning it around on me and trying to make me feel bad. Maybe Ryan should be a little more professional on the phone and not swear at his customers and actually follow through with his obligations without borderline harrassing them before he starts with the guilt trips. My mandate is not to get my money back or get my truck shipped. If I can prevent one person from making the same mistake that I did by going with a lowsy unreputable, untrustworthy, shady, dubious, incredulous outfit then I will be happy. From Ryan's angry emails I guess I've done a bit more damage than that though. His last email said "The ball is in your hands. f**kin' throw it or keep it".
Real professionals you're dealing with here...

Hello my name is Tony Lane. I buy and sell cars throughout Canada and the US. I have used Onsite Shipping since 2004. I have never found a company with better service. I read this report online after the owner Ryan sent it to me. This customer oviously does not knw how the shipping industry works. Delays happen and prices are calculated on a full truck load. If a customer pays for a transport spot on a truck, and there is a delay, you have to wait through the delay like everyone else. If a customer becomes hostile or tries to damadge your company online the order is suspended until the customer and shipping company can settle the dispute. Onsite delivered 4 cars to my customer just this last month of September. One of the cars had a pretty long delay. Even though it was uncomfortable to explain to my customer that there was a delay, I held thier hand until they got their car. Onsite Shipping let me know right away there was a delay and let me know as soon as it cleared up it would be over. In the past 10 yrs Onsite has been shipping 100% of my cars. I have refered them to friends that are in the military and goverment. All of them were very satisfied. I think this customer is wrong for posting this versus trying to find a solution for Onsite. I would bet if this customer called Ryan it would be worked out. However no one wants to help a customer that is bashing their company online, and if so they would certainly be at the back of the line until they cooled off. I notice also this very same customer posted on a transport review web site and yelp. Why would you ever try to damage the company that has your money, why would you not just say when can I ship my car? When will the delay be over? I am baffled by the customers that think trying to hurt the shipping companies reputation will help their service go faster. Cheers to the smart customers out there. Things happen, adapt, work with it. Sometimes things happen beyond the servicers control that delay service. This happens even hen my family goes to eat. Sometimes the service is not what I thought it was or it's late, under cooked, missing salad dressing, hey where's my fork!!! I don't go out and trash the company online I try to work it out so no one spits in my food. WOWSER
I can be reached at tonylanemoveit@gmail.com. This is a great company. Do not let this post make you think they are a scam. They have more references than me. I am just a private car dealer in Halifax and Ontario/New York.
