Ontel Products - Salon Express cancelled order, shipping 1.5% of order, unauthorized order, scam, Pacoima, California

I saw an Ad for Salon Express Mani/Pedi kit on TV for $10 each and thought it would be a cool Christmas stucking stuffer.  I began the order process and when it got to the shipping and handling I cancelled the order because it was 1.5 times the cost of the item.  I received a call concerning the order and advised that I did not complete the order and did not want the merchandise because of the unusually high shipping and handling cost.  The person on the line confirmed the cancelled order.  Today, January 7th, I received the order which was twice what I originally entered and cancelled. I was sent 4 mani/pedi kits for a total of $35.98 with a H/P cost of $51.92. The box was 8x6x6 and probably cost less than $10 to ship yet I was charged $51.  This company is a scam and used my credit card information without authorization.
