I was warned about this company!!!! I To am an investor! This company managed a few of my properties and instead of getting my full rent, I never , ever got the right amount from them. Sometimes they would never give me any rent that they collected from my tenants! I would get maybe $150.00 out of $800.00 if that! If you're looking to do any type of buisness with them, please don't you will end up in court like we are doing ( class action ) lawsuit currently in the works!
They put tenants in my homes with very poor credit scores, that would otherwise be unable to rent anywhere else (low 400's credit score) I ended up having to evict them and learn that they were evicted from other homes in the same year!!! They are under investigation by the Pa Real Estate Commission, as well as other the labor board and such! This company is all around bad news!!! The owner lies to you from the very start ( MARINA FOYDEL, FELIX PORTMAN , MARC RONIN, AND ANDRE TELEGAN) THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! All of my friends that are investors that have homes with them are leaving them alone very fast!
get this one - They moved some tenants into a home without telling the owner ( my friend) never told the owner, owner came from out of town to find tenants living in the home ( 4 months) they didn't even return his calls because they were too embarrassed to discuss this!
Another friend home went up for foreclosure, they moved tenants in, kept collecting the rent every month and kept it, never sending a dime to the landlord , thus having the tenants being evicted and forced ou on the streets while they kept the money....this company is slowly being exposed for what they really are. I hear some of the tenants are contacting attorneys for some action!!!
Please don't be caught in their web of lies, con games, and untruthful events..YOU WERE WARNED

Not sure about this person, but I have used this company to manage my rentals and have had no complaints - they took alot of stress out of my life and Marina Foydel has serviced any of my concerns - I would recommend them to anyone
