Dear Angie and Onyx Warner Center Apartments,  I contacted my attorney with what you stated and she said," it's best that we keep all communications through email. As you know people can say what ever in person and deny that they said it later!!! ". However, I purchased brand new furniture and now my new furniture is basically useless due to the roaches("waterbugs" according to  Onyx Warner Center). My furniture cost me a little over 3,000 with shipping and installation. Within the last couple of days I have captured 7 roaches, that does not include the amount caught prior. I have met personally with Orkin and Antimite and they both stated that those are roaches and they have visited the property in the past for the same problem.

They also stated that there are also several species of cockroaches incorrectly referred to as waterbugs, including the reddish-brown American cockroach and the shiny black oriental. Waterbugs live primeraly in the water and barely make it without. These bugs have not been captured near water whatsoever. I tried to handle these aggonizing existing issues with you and mangement, but all I have been given is denial and temporary fixes. You leave me with no choice. To date your staff have not fix the air conditioning issues. Still dripping loud night and day. You still have not fix the roach infestation,  Also now are air conditioner does not work at all.  Your staff has not done their due diligence to fix or follow up with these issues.
