Doodle Rescue Collective (DRC), the 501(c)(3) national non-profit public charity devoted to Labradoodle rescue and Goldendoodle rescue, is found on the web at www.doodlerescue.org and is NOT in any way affiliated with Lynne Fowler or Oodles of Doodles or any persons associated with that disreputable and fraudulent entity.

Please be sure you have reached the original and ONLY "Doodle Rescue Collective" before donating funds, surrendering your Labradoodle or Goldendoodle for re-home services or releasing a shelter dog in your facility to "rescue." You may unknowingly be placing your money and your doodle into the hands of a criminal and a fraud.

THEFT, FRAUD, LIES & DECEPTION - DRC PROPERTY WAS STOLEN & LYNNE FOWLER WAS "REMOVED" FROM DOODLE RESCUE COLLECTIVE - NOT THE OPPOSITE AS REPORTED BY LYNNE FOWLER!

On May 6th of 2010, the original DRC website and URLs doodlerescuecollective.com and doodlerescuecollective.org were stolen from the Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. organization. The individual responsible for this theft is Lynne M. Fowler AKA "Lynne Oodles of Doodles Fowler", "Oodles of Doodles Inc.", "Oodles of Doodles Rescue Collective", 'Rescue Collective", "Fuzzy Paws Rescue New Jersey","Fuzzy Critters of SWVA Rescue", "Fuzzy Critters Inc." and numerous other aliases and fraudulent rescue identities.

Please know, Ms.Fowler is a former DRC Board member and former DRC Treasurer LEGALLY REMOVED from the organization by unanimous vote of the Board of Directors in May 2010. Ms. Fowler was removed for theft, misconduct, animal endangerment, misuse of corporate funds and the theft and disabling of the original DRC website and URLs. She and her disreputable rescue(s) are located in Middletown, New Jersey in the town of Lincroft.

Ms. Fowler orchestrated her theft and disabling of the original Doodle Rescue Collective website and URLs with malicious intent by changing passwords in DRC web accounts as Board Officers were asleep in their beds. The DRC Board of Directors awoke to find that the original DRC website at www.doodlerescuecollective.com & www.doodlerescuecollective.org, (now functioning as the Oodles of Doodles website), the DRC URLs containing the Doodle Rescue Collective Inc.registered corporate DBA and identity, the DRC "Go Daddy" registration account, Pay Pal account, numerous veterinary accounts and others, were stolen and passwords intentionally changed by Lynne Fowler giving herself sole access to and control over DRC corporate intellectual property. All of the above mentioned "property"  and the Doodle Rescue Collective name were created NOT by Ms Fowler, but by DRC Founder/President and registered agent Jacqueline Yorke, and other DRC founding Board members. All were bought and paid for with DRC corporate funds when Ms Fowler acting as then Treasurer, reimbursed herself for those expenses.

Ms Fowler's motive for her reprehensible act of sabotage--revenge for the DRC Board of Directors demand that she resign and step down as an officer and trustee, or face Board action to formally and legally remove her from the DRC organization entirely. This ultimatum and subsequent action was initiated upon the Boards 4/29/10 discovery of theft and review of multiple professional misconducts committed by Ms Fowler over the 16 month period prior to her removal. Her misconduct and refusal to comply with Board missives, DRC policies, protocols and procedures compromised the reputation and operations of the DRC organization and the safety and welfare of the rescue dogs in our program.

Ms.Fowler was offered the opportunity to "resign" by the DRC Board in lieu of further legal
action against her and in order to spare her unnecessary public embarrassment......

Ms. Fowler refused to resign.

Only upon hearing several hours later that she was invited to attend an emergency Board meeting addressing her misconduct with all 9 Board members and DRC attorneys present, did Lynne Fowler correspond via email that she would "step down" and agreed to relinquish any and all DRC intellectual property including the website to the DRC Board of Directors.

That evening Lynne Fowler disabled and stole the DRC website, URLs and web accounts.

Ms. Fowler's diabolical intent with her theft and disabling of DRCs original website, was to hold this intellectual property hostage, sabotage and cripple DRC operations and prevent Ms Yorke and other DRC Board Officers from having access to intellectual property that Ms Fowler had neither any hand in creating nor any legal right to appropriate and/or retain.

Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles Inc. continue to illegally use the "Doodle Rescue Collective" name & web identity and variations of the DRC name and identity to purposely divert web traffic to the fraudulent Oodles of Doodles website. Ms. Fowler continues to purposely and intentionally create confusion for those seeking to adopt or place Labradoodles & Goldendoodles in need, those seeking DRC assistance and the services of a legitimate, reputable, national non-profit rescue organization.

Additionally, Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles continue to illegally use the Doodle Rescue Collective web identity, URLs, DBA, good name and reputation and variations of the DRC DBA to solicit and intentionally divert donation funds intended for Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. and the doodle dogs in the DRC rescue program, to her fraudulent rescue and non-profit.

Please be advised Ms Fowler's solicitation of funds with a stolen identity is prosecutable theft and fraud that violates multiple state and federal criminal codes and statues. Legal action on behalf of Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. is pending and federal authorities and agencies are investigating Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles inc.

Ms.Fowler has forged quite a little shady business for herself with her illegal and ongoing use of the
Doodle Rescue Collective name and URLs and is profiting from another organizations and people's hard work, determination, passion, creativity and property at the expense of rescue dogs.

Prior to Ms. Fowler's intellectual property theft, Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. Founder and President Jacqueline Yorke and other DRC founding Board members had over 16 months invested into the sites creation, and the building and optimizing the site for Google and other web based search engines. At the time the original website and URLs were stolen from DRC by Lynne Fowler, doodlerescuecollective.com and doodlerescuecollective.org had obtained a significant rating with Google and other online search engines. As a result, rescued doodle dogs and the DRC organization were receiving a tremendous amount of web attention. Dogs were being placed into wonderful homes more readily, volunteers recruited throughout North America, donation funds generated and the plight of the doodle dog exposed to the public on the World Wide Web.

PLEASE BE ADVISED: MS. FOWLER WAS WELL AWARE OF ALL OF THE ABOVE WHEN SHE STOLE THE
DRC URLS AND WEBSITE AND IS CONTINUING TO PROFIT FROM THE DRC NAME AND DRC PROPERTY.

Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. is a recognized, non-profit corporation registered with the State of New Jersey Department of the Treasury and the Internal Revenue Service of the US. The corporation, the Doodle Rescue Collective name, DBA and likeness and any and all intellectual holdings of "the DRC Corporation" are the legal property of the DRC Board of Directors and of its registered agent.

Lynne Fowler is NOT as she claims, "the founder" or "the creator" of the "Doodle Rescue Collective" organization. Nor is she, or was she, at any time, ever considered a "partner" or "former partner" of our President. Ms. Fowler Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. was co-founded by several individuals and the DRC organization remains as it has always been from the beginning--a collective of individual volunteers with a diverse Board of Directors in place to ensure that this national, non-profit rescue organization operates in accordance with the laws of the Internal Revenue Service of the United States as stipulated under 501(c)(3) of the federal code. There can be no "partners" in a legitimately run, Board directed not for profit corporation, as no one individual can claim ownership of an exempt organization.

Lynne Fowler does NOT nor did she at ANY TIME, retain ownership, legal or otherwise, of the "Doodle Rescue Collective" name, DBA nor any intellectual property belonging to the DRC organization and corporation. She neither created it, nor registered it and has NO LEGAL RIGHT to use the names  "Doodle Rescue Collective", "Rescue Collective" or any variation of the DRC registered corporate and organizational identity in any manner, medium or form. Ms. Fowler's and Oodles of Doodles illegal use of these identities and other DRC intellectual property is prosecutable identity theft, infringement and FRAUD.

Again, the original Doodle Rescue Collective website and web address URLs doodlerescuecollective.com and doodlerescuecollective.org both containing the DRC name and legally registered corporate identity within, were STOLEN from the Doodle Rescue Collective organization and are being used illegally and fraudulently by Lynne Fowler AKA Oodles of Doodles.

Ms Fowler refuses to comply with various legal orders and missives and continues to defy the law and the legal advice of even her own attorney to cease and desist with her illegal use of stolen DRC intellectual property and return said property to the Doodle Rescue Collective corporation and organization.

In the meantime Lynne Fowler and other disreputable individuals associated with Oodles of Doodles Inc., continue to criminally harass, stalk, slander and libel Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. its President, Officers, Directors and volunteers by posting defamatory and pathological lies and sensationalized fabrications, on numerous websites such as here on Rip Off Report, various web pages, web blogs and other adolescent, web-based social media sites such as Facebook and Word Press.

Lynne Fowler's vindictive obsession is to attempt to sabotage and damage the reputation of Doodle Rescue Collective Inc., a respected national rescue organization, that of its Founder /President Jacqueline Yorke, and to cause unwarranted and irreparable harm to the  organization and the dogs in the DRC rescue program.

THE OODLES OF DOODLES NON-PROFIT "RESCUE" SCAM

It is important to note that "Oodles of Doodles" is not a legitimate rescue organization and Lynne
Fowler is not a reputable, responsible animal rescuer nor a person to be trusted or entrusted with the appropriate care, treatment and welfare of rescue animals. Ms. Fowler's self-proclaimed "rescue resume" is exactly the same as her version of truth regarding her removal from Doodle Rescue Collective ...... Lies.

Ms Fowler's grossly exaggerated history of rescue experience and her equally exaggerated history of the origins of DRC and Oodles of Doodles along with the rest of her pathological propaganda, are pure fabrication. PLEASE KNOW: Prior to her brief association with Doodle Rescue Collective Inc., Ms  Fowler had in fact NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH RESCUE OR RESCUE ANIMALS.

THE SAD REALITY

Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles are not functioning as a true"rescue." She and "they" are in fact brokering re-home dogs and dogs pulled from southern shelters by other independent rescuers. These rescuers are offered use of Oodles of Doodles online "listing service" to place dogs in their care into what they are led to believe are loving homes screened, checked and home visited by Lynne Fowler and Oodles of Doodles.  In reality, these dogs are thrown on transport trucks to the Northeast and are being placed with other independent rescuers or sold right off the trucks in mall and department store parking lots along tranport routes under the guise of "rescue." Many if not most of these dogs are never in the physical custody of Lynne Fowler or Oodles of Doodles. They are being sold for upwards of $600 "adoption fees" on the Internet via rescue listing sites such as Petfinder.com and adoptapet.com and under various organization aliases besides "Oodles of Doodles" such as "Fuzzy Paws", "Fuzzy Paws Rescue New Jersey","Fuzzy Critters of SWVA" and "Fuzzy Critters Inc."

UPDATE

It has come to DRCs attention that "Oodles of Doodles" was somehow sadly and surprisingly recently granted 501(c)(3) tax exempt status by the IRS. DRC is working with the IRS to determine if Ms. Fowler obtained this status through additional acts of fraud by copying and using DRC's 501(c)(3)narrative, statistics and application. As a former member of the DRC Board, Ms. Fowler is in possession of copies of all of the above and continues to illegally retain them in spite of orders to return them to DRC. Given her history of fraud,  embezzlement and repeated, blatant plagiarism and copyright theft of other DRC  intellectual property, it stands to reason Ms Fowler would not hesitate to use DRCs 501(c)(3) narrative, statistics and financial information to fraudulently file for tax exempt status. The Internal Revenue Service Division of Tax Exempt and Government Entities is currently
investigating this matter.

If you have donated funds to Oodles of Doodles erroneously believing you were donating to Doodle Rescue Collective Inc., you have been intentionally deceived and are a victim of fraud.

If you have unknowingly adopted a sick, un-vetted or intact dog (not spayed or neutered)  from Lynne Fowler, Oodles of Doodles or any person claiming association with this person and/or entity, or if you have paid excessive adoption fees without receiving vet records, paperwork, contracts or receipts, the dog is a victim of criminal neglect and you are a victim of consumer fraud.

If you have had questionable dealings with Lynne Fowler or any other person(s) affiliated with Lynne Fowler or "Oodles of Doodles", "Fuzzy Paws", "Fuzzy Critters SWVA" , "Fury Critters Rescue" in any way, or suspect that you and your adopted dog have been victims of neglect and fraud, we strongly encourage you to please contact the following entities and authorities: To report Oodles of Doodles tax-exempt fraud, please use the following link.

LEGAL ACTION TAKEN AGAINST LYNNE FOWLER

Lynne Fowler was recently ordered by the state Superior Court of New Jersey to return a sick Labradoodle puppy she physically stole from another rescue organization, All Things Pawssible Animal Rescue www.atpar.org, whose life she knowingly endangered, and make financial restitution to ATPAR and to the adopter. Ms Fowler stole this animal knowing full and well he was sick with a life-threatening illness only to deny the puppy critical vet care that placed his life in serious peril. She further denied the puppy the protection of the reputable, responsible rescue organization that saved his life and had full intent and means to treat his malady. Ms. Fowler then sold this puppy sick, suffering and intact (not neutered), to an unsuspecting adopter for a $425 adoption fee plus an additional $100 "neuter deposit without providing veterinary care to this animal or full disclosure of his health issues to the adopter.

Lynne Fowler is facing additional legal action and criminal charges for theft, animal endangerment and consumer fraud from other rescuers, individual adopters and reputable animal welfare organizations that are not in any way associated with Doodle Rescue Collective Inc.

Again, the real Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. is a national, 501(c)(3) recognized public charity and a registered non-profit corporation in the State of New Jersey that has saved and placed over 625 Labradoodle and Goldendoodle dogs since 2008. The safety, well-being and welfare of these animals remains the sole agenda of the DRC organization.

Doodle Rescue Collective Inc. apologizes for having to call your attention to these facts and appreciates your time and consideration in regards to this ongoing nightmare. Please know the Board of Directors of DRC regrets having to take precious time, energy and attention away from their number one focus--saving as many doodle dogs as possible in order to clarify this matter.

Jacquie **** PROVEN to be a LIAR!

AUTHOR: DoodleMom - (United States of America)

POSTED: Saturday, August 25, 2012

For two and a half years Jacquie **** and her friends have slandered, defamed and lied about Lynne Fowler. When asked for Proof of her allegations, time and time again, she cannot produce them. That is because they do not exist. Listen to her in this telephone conversation when she is asked, repeatedly, for the proof. She skirts, hems and haws and says she is too busy to produce it.

I can show she is a liar: http://www.doodlerescuecollective.com/group/thedoghouse/forum/topics/truth-has-no-agenda

Listen to her, in her own words, PROVE she is a LIAR: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MklCuHOEvA0&feature=youtu.be
