OOKISA 'Free" sample costs you money!! Not Free AT ALL! Ontario California

I have read all the other reports and they are all true! I tried to cancel mine before it shipped. It said canceled on my account, but I still received the package. When I tried to log back into my account after I received the package to get a return #, I couldn't log in. So I did the "get a new password emailed to you" twice. I never received a new password email. I called the 877-466-5472. They said I could keep it for only $34.95. I am a hairstylist and would NEVER pay that kind of money for hair products, even if they worked. So now I have to take the package back and pay to have it mailed back. So I will have to pay the $5.95 shipping AND the return shipping. I am going to go home and empty the bottles into something else before I ship it back so it is as light as possible. I am not paying anymore than I have to. Live and learn I guess! TOTAL SCAM!
