Open Business Solutions Deceptive Advertising solicitation for business Philadelphia Pennsylvania

The named company mailed an expiration notice to our company which contained our current ATT Yellow page listing.  This notice said our ad was getting ready to expire.  The notice contained the Ringer Bell which is the logo for ATT yellow pages.  My boss was out of state, and not wanting our yellow page ad to expire, I signed that the ad was correct and faxed it in.

No where on this sheet did it say the company was open business solutions.  We have never had an ad with this company.

The faxed sheet did have some writing at the bottom, but was blurred, and not readable. 

When I found out that they were not ATT, I sent them a fax stating that we wanted this cancelled , no listing with them, and we would not pay for any of their services. 

They continue to try to get money from us, even though I have cancelled and let them know I did not agree with their deceptive way of attempting to do business.  I don't even know if they have a listing service.  That may not be legit.
