Open Road Driver Plans Scammed me out of $213 and did nothing. Internet

This is a scam company. They say one thing and do another. I got a ticket and called this company for assistance. I was told that since I was not a member, I would have to join first ($38) and then pay a retainer for the attorney. ($175) and they would contact me within 24 to 48 hours with the name of the attorney. If I don't hear anything then i was instructed to call them back. Wow...good service. So I thought. I paid the money..heard nothing for 3 weeks and I wanted my money back. They told me that the $175 went towards looking for an attorney. I told them that was not what I was told and I wanted my money back. They said it was not refundable. I just gave away $213 for them to do nothing. Beware...do not use this company. They are scammers.
