1SmartDeals, a supplier for Open Sky, took over two weeks to have a product delivered, despite my emails questioning its whereabouts.  Before I even received it, they had marked it Unavailable For Return; however, they claim a 14-day return window, no questions asked.

When I finally received the item, it was of poor quality and utility.  When I inquired about returning it, I was told it was not returnable due to the product type, whether opened or unopened. 

Questionable business practices, in my opinion; anything to get the money, I guess.
