I've had it with their lies and games. Before my card was sent out, I wrote a letter to them requesting paperless billing. I did this so I wouldn't incur any fees. They never responded, so about 6 weeks later I wrote another. Still no response. Months pass and now they say my fees are 32 dollars for 5 months. That does not add up because 1 I ask them for paperless billing 2. Three dollar paper fees multiplied by 5 is only 15 dollars. Can you say fraud? I have made 3 calls concerning this to the 2673174507 and each time I get the same exact representative and the exact same response. "The supervisor is busy and will have to return your call in 2 hours." It's all a lie and no calls are returned. I'm beginning to wonder if there is even a supervisor. It's been weeks and still no return call. The one customer service agent who I always seem to get has even stated himself that I am being over charged Double in fees and it doesn't seem right. But somehow some scam only the mysterious supervisor, can change and refund all my fees. B.S. is what it is!
