openpasts.com is a shameful, shady extortionist operation wherein people are charged to remove their arrest report and mugshot that the company has lifted from public domain and used in combination with Search Engine Optimization efforts to ruin said person's internet reputation. They charge exorbitant "fees" ("BRIBERY") to remove the photos from their site that gallivants as a helpful site by calling itself "Open Pasts". Nothing could be further from the truth. THIS is done to simply put money in the site owner's pockets, not as a service to the community.
KEEP in mind that openpasts.com is blasting a person's mugshot from an arrest, along with the arrest report. NOT WHAT A PERSON WAS ACTUALLY FOUND GUILTY OR NOT GUILTY OF. Therefore this is not a list of a person's disposition after a court of law rules, but rather the arresting officer's citations.
Innocent until proven guilty in the UNITED STATES of AMERICA, right? Wrong when we allow companies like openpasts.com and all the other mephitic mugshot scam-artist extortionists run amok.
