Openworks O.P.E.N America O.P.E.N. Clean MAJOR OSHA violations/Fraudulent Accounting Atlanta GA

I have documented proof that Openworks placed franchisees and their workers in unsafe conditions, advised them to apply a carcinogenic solution to the floors of a medical facility, advised them to make 20 foot climbs without fall protection and placed a pregnant franchisee is a toxic chemical manufacturing plant. Additionally Openworks instructed franchisees to remain silent and comply with a national dialysis center putting contaminated blood into local landfills.

Additionally I have documented proof they allowed known felons to have full and unsupervised access to daycares, churches and schools.

I also have documented proof they were falsely inflating the ADVOL charges franchisees would pay, comingled accounts and refused to pay franchisees for services provided. Franchisees were refused the right to sell accounts. Third parties were signing high interest loan agreements without the franchisees knowledge. It was also expressed the CFO has acted with supply vendors in a way that reasonably suggest collusion.

For awhile I thought it might be just the regional office that was this bad. After speaking with the company's legal team and CEO - advising them of the issues happening here - they retaliated by attempting to terminate the franchise, refusing to pay for works performed leaving hundreds in Atlanta without pay for work and any employee who raises issues is immediately terminated and viciously retaliated against.
