sueli costa and opera fashion group (now doing business under several different LLCs INCs and different names that sound pretty much the same) have a large civil court judgment against them that they refuse to pay.
they have closed their known bank accounts,
they have moved homes,
they dont pick up their mail,
they have removed any address from their website
yet they continue doing business online all the while hiding in plain sight and not paying the court judgment of over $30K they owe for:
bad manufacturing
failing to ship order
failing to ship order as agreed
failing to ship order when agreed
failing to accept returns
failing to exchange defective merchandise
please beware of these con artist, who continue to do business. if a company has a large court judgment against them for bad manufacturing, trust me, that is not a company you should be doing business with.

So, Sueli Costa of Opera Fashion Group INC (and Opera Fashion Group LLC AND, Opera By Sueli Costa LLC AND Gabikini AND Bossa Beach AND Operaswimwear.com and only who knows how many aliases) wants people to believe that she's this reputable person, decent hardworking manufacturer who was taken to court unfairly ONCE.
WELL GUESS WHAT? Too bad for Sueli Costa, all court records in this country are public record! All you have to do is type her name at the Unified Court System and you will find a lovely bit of info on her.
