...Elite Fitness concepts advertises that they have a diet program and nutritional assistance saying, "Our Nutritional Guidance Plan is supervised and developed by registered dietitians, medical professionals and scientists that have worked with many major organizations throughout the US including NASA. Our meal plan program is completely balanced nutrition at the correct level of calories for your age, sex, and weight and comes from a variety of real healthful foods. No Fad Diets. No Powders. No miracle pills!! This is an eating program that fits you and your lifestyle." That's a quote straight from their website, but try and call them and ask if they have a registered/licensed dietician or nutritionist on-staff and you'll find they don't.
The fact of the matter is that they do not have a nutritionist on-staff. The trainers try their best to make up a diet plan, but it's not the work of a nutritionist. When I asked a trainer about why they advertise nutritional assistance without a nutritionist on-staff, I was told that their nutritionist is "sick and has cancer", but that there would be a nutritionist "soon". Of course it's horrible that someone has cancer, but it's not fair to advertise the assistance of a registered dietician if they really don't have one. I paid for this class partly because of that, but they aren't offering to give me any of the money back. They haven't had a dietician for at least several months.
This place is a scam. The cost is much too high for the product they deliver. The program is only adequate, with nothing special in the way of new workouts or great weight loss results. The trainers, for the most part, do a great job. However, the company does shady business and doesn't deliver on what they advertise. I'm going to finish as much of the program as I've paid for, but they won't get another cent from me. If you plan to take these bootcamps, make sure to ask up-front what things from their website are true and what isn't so you don't get taken.

These folks continue to make us look bad by violating our trademark.
The REAL Operation Boot Camp, at OperationBootCamp.com is different from these folks for which this complaint is filed. In fact, Operation Boot Camp(r) North America (OBCNA) is a fitness and nutrition program operating franchises across the country. OBCNA has the exclusive rights to the Federally Registered Trademark (Registration Number 3281537) for the mark Operation Boot Camp(r). The Operation Boot Camp(r) name is additionally used internationally on the Internet to direct consumers OBCNA's programs.
OBCNA has used its trademark in interstate commerce from Georgia to California - for many years, and we are currently working with franchise prospects all over. As a result of this period of use, the hard work of owners and employees, and considerable time and money invested, the Operation Boot Camp(r) mark has come to be widely associated, by the public, with a specific
program. Operation Boot Camp(r) has also received considerable national and local media coverage, including : CNN and CNN.com, US News and World Report, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and many others.
It has recently come to our attention that these folks are using a similar term to our registered mark " Operation Boot Camp"
