Ophthalmech, Inc has removed the stolen screenshot and replaced it with a screen that accurately reflects their product.  While we're disappointing that our IP was misappropriated, and that our initial communication on the matter was ignored, we are grateful that they've done the right thing and harbor no ill will. We welcome fair competition, are thankful for the swift resolution, and sincerely wish Ophthalmech, Inc the best of luck.

The font is not a Microsoft font.  It was designed by us specifically for our product and is our intellectual property.We did attempt to contact you multiple times through your website and received no reply.  It is misleading and dishonest of you to post product screenshots that are not yours (made apparent by the different fonts across your various screenshots).  If you remove the offending screenshots we will be happy to take down our negative remarks.

We wish you had contacted us so we could have settled this in a more professional manner. For your information every letter on the Acuviz screen, which you say that you created, are standard fonts found on many computers. I'm sure if you created these fonts you would have done a lot more than just go on a free sight like Ripoff Report and vent. I think Microsoft would be upset to find out that you are taking credit for creating fonts that they created.

You didn't even leave your real company name so our lawyers could contact you. We would gladly talk with you and we consider all complaints important. We will definitely review your complaint, no matter how poorly you presented it, and remove anything that could be misconstrued. We realize that we may be your competition but attacking us before you give us an opportunity to explain or fix a possible problem is very unprofessional.
