When I tried to cash out it said that my account was terminated yet it only said that after I selected a cashout option and yet I was still able to build more points and I received a few more emails minutes after finding out my account was "terminated". I did not receive notice in my email of being terminated. It only states that my account is terminated when I try to cash out which is strange considering that someone reported to the ripoffreport.com about the same thing happening with surveyspot that happens to be owned by the same parent company of survey sampling international. I have saved screenshots of the website one of which does not tell me that I was terminated and the other one tells me only after I attempt to cash out and I saved the emails that I received after I could not cash out offering to earn me more points which seems strange if my membership was terminated.

I received a message stating I was terminated for violating section 17 here is the excerpt
17. Compliance with Applicable Laws
You acknowledge and agree that you will comply with all applicable international, national, Federal, state, and/or local laws, codes, regulations, rules and/or requirements (Applicable Laws) regarding your: (i) use of, and/or access to, Websites; (ii) membership to, in, or with Panels; and/or (iii) participation in Surveys.
a friend that lives in the same city that I do got this message when they went through the signup process:
our system shows that there are issues with the information you have entered and we
regret to inform you that your application has been denied.

I believe that residents of my city or possibly the state are being unfairly discriminated against by this company since there is no other reason why I would be terminated suspiciously without being paid and why my friend that got rejected just for living in the same city and state that I do.

I am still receiving point earning emails, is this some form of harassment since the account is terminated. When I asked why they terminated me they did not specify what section of the term of service I violated for all I know they could have added a section without notice that discriminates against my racial back round.
