It started off with a doctor doing the exam that reeked of alcohol. It came down to the choosing of the frames which was simple the first time I had to buy glasses. My prescription was for bifocals, which I had before. I told her
I wanted the no-line and she said that it would be more and I had agree to it as long as I could see. She said that they would be back in about a week and it took at least 2 weeks. Once I went to try them on, the frames were crooked and she went to put them in the "warmer" and they came more crooked. She twisted and tried to adjust them but it didn't fix. So, I tried them on again, hoping they will adjust to my face with eveyday wearing and the lense was not what I expected. I could not see out of them and they said it was because I needed to wear them lower on my nose. I told her that I never had to do that with my other glasses. She said that I would get used to it and that I could go back after trying them for a week. A week passes by and I can't see! I would rather wear my old pair with the scratch. I called the office to ask about getting my money back and she said to go ahead and come in. After I get there, she said that she couldn't refund anything but she would call one of the other clinics to see if they would be able to help fix the situtation. So, I waited for the weekend to take my daughter for support. The doctor looked for prescription on my old glasses and said that the prescription was the same and then I tried on some frames(by the way, not very many options for me) and that lady was more friendly but not very accomadating to my needs. She made it seem like I was not wearing them correctly. She said that you need to wear the glasses and the bottom instead of at the bridge of your nose. So I gave them another try. When I went to pick them up, I tried them with confidence that they were right this time. I tried them on and they were still wrong. She tried to tell me that I needed to turn my head slowly to try to see. I told her how can I do that. I need to able to see from all angles without physically having to move my body. Again, she told me that I would get used to them I couldn't. Again, I called to ask what could be done and she said that I just needed to give them a try. I got fed up and didn't feel like fighting with these so called managers anymore. So, whatever you do, stay away from these crazy people.
