REASON FOR INQUIRY = I have a long distance bill of $482.92 on my bill from Zero Plus Dialing , INc. I did not accept these calls and do not think I should have to pay them. I contacted consolidated Telecom and
they said they could not help me and referred me to you. I am on a limited income and my spouse is disabled. Please remove these charges from my bill. THey are from a correctional institute in Kansas. My
son and I are the only ones authorized to accept collect calls and we did NOT accept them. THank you.
