Optimal Health Products llc I ordered there product at a cost of $ 4.95 as a free sample just to cover shipping and 2 months later I am being billed $72.00 for another bottle which I never ordered Savannah Georgia

I ordered a product called Garcinia Cambogia XT about 2 months ago because it stated pay shipping only. about 2 months later I am being sent another botttle at the cost of $72.00 which I checked my bank statement and they did deduct it from my bank account. I am not sure but will check farther back on my checking account to be sure I was not charged again last month. I called and was given a cancelation code so hopefully that will be the end of it. What do I do if the continue to charge my debit card?
